from the votes average it shows that females under 18 have given high ratings for each movie i have chosen. the film must be able to relate to people lives as well this would make it more interesting for the viewer and the more relatable it is, the better the reviews would be.the film would also be more urban then any other target niche as it would be more relatable to what goes on in todays life. i would have my film limited to only UK cinemas as i feel it would relate more to their lifestyles than any other countries. the limitations to the film would be the budget which would effect advertisement of the film and also its a british film which will effect the opinion of the film before even watching it as people nowadays only want to watch blockbuster movies with the biggest stars and the big production companies behind it.

title sequence 3

the firm

the firm movie is one of my favourite films due to its subject of being football hooligans which i find quite interesting, the title sequence of the film starts during the film and stops after the first minute and then starts again after bex has had a conversation with yeti. the music in the title sequence is very jolly and upbeat. the plot of the film is given away in the title sequence as the conversation between bex and yeti gave it away with the threats said to each other.

the mise-en-scene is 80s old school where they would wear fila and ellesse tracksuits with the adidas trainers. also the way that bex was talking to yeti was aggressive and to his wife he was reassuring. the setting of the sequence was old school 80s which is shown by how the house looked and the telephone box.
the target audience for this film is specific and not public as its not a general subject that most people relate onto, the audience for the film would be mostly football fans as its subject is football hooliganism.
the film was distributed by warner bros studios and the studio used was vertigo films, which is a british films production company.

title sequence 2

monsters inc.

i like this title sequence due to the effects used into it as it has a simple set up but complex effects. The music of the title sequence is quite cheerful and jolly so it gives the viewer the feel that its a happy film. The title sequence does not give you a plot to what goes on in the film or even the main characters, which is good as is gives nothing away except for the fact that theres monsters and doors involved. From the title sequence i believe that pixar must of used a big budget for the film as its effects just for the title sequence was quite complex and had drawn the viewer in more as it would leave the viewer guessing what its all about.

opening title sequence 1

girl with the dragon tattoo

in the title sequence of the girl with the dragon tattoo is a mysterious film as throughout the sequence all you see is dark and unusual things such as the black liquid covering over objects and people. a downfall to the sequence for me is that the music makes the title sequence feel a lot more action based due to the fact that the music played is the type to get your adrenaline pumping and not for a mystery film.
From watching the title sequence also it looks like a lot of money has been put into it due to all the special effects on the dragon like stuff in it. as well as when the girl opens her mouth and the flies come out of it. but also we do not get a plot form the title sequence which means that it is hard to know what will happen in the film.
